- Your Booking is Under Processing...
- The system has sent you an email about the steps of the Phone Number Validation (PNV) process.
- After you have validated your phone number, the process will continue (within business hours). We will check the booking data and if we can accept the booking (there is available capacity), you will soon receive the registration email (within business hours) which you will have to validate and finalize with a Confirmation Email Reply (CER).
⚠️ If you can't find our email in your Inbox, please also check your Spam or Junk folders (and mark it as non-spam)!
- The confirmation deadline is Maximum 2 days! from the date of booking (i.e. from now). Without your successful PNV (Phone Number Validation) and/or CER (Confirmation Email Reply) the booking will be cancelled automatically after the deadlinde (max. 2 days from now) indicated in the registration email. Therefore, after you have received the registration email, please complete the confirmation as soon as possible.
- Attention, if you submit your reservation outside of opening hours (business hours) and you want the transfer for the next morning, unfortunately we cannot accept it at all.

Monday to Friday / from 08:00 AM to 22:00 PM (CET): Processing and Response: Rapid (within 30 min.)
Weekdays After 22:00 PM (CET): Processing and Response: In the next MORNING from 08:00 AM (CET)
Saturday, Sunday / from 08:00 AM to 22:00 PM (CET): Processing and Response: Slower (within 1-2 hrs.)
Weekend After 22:00 PM (CET): Processing and Response: In the next MORNING from 08:00 AM (CET)
